MISSION: KeepCOFree Churches Action Group is a non-partisan network created to serve the Faith Community in Northern Colorado by engaging local churches and pastoral leadership in the defense and promotion of our foundational Judeo-Christian values and Constitutional freedoms.
VISION: KeepCOFree Churches Action Group seeks to establish, through consistent relational contact and information-based interaction, a network of informed and engaged people of faith in Northern Colorado.
WE ARE WORKING TO DEVELOP A NETWORK OF CHURCHES WITH CONTINUING OUTREACH, AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO EVALUATE CONSTITUTIONAL CURRICULUMS AND ONLINE TOOLS FOR NETWORKING AND ACTIVISM.

What is the NOCO Church Action Network? A group of lead contacts at churches in NOCO who serve to inform and engage their churches about matters related to government policy and action. This can be done in a variety of ways, by forwarding emails to their group members, holding prayer meetings, attending events in our area, taking classes together and so on. The goal is to inform and engage Christians to participate in the public square. Churches can file an affidavit with the Colorado SOS to be set up as 508(c)(1)(a) organization which enjoys a “mandatory exception” from all the restrictions a 501(c)(3) Faith Based Organization (FBO) has including free speech restrictions, IRS reporting requirements, rules and regulations that the IRS may from time to time prescribe and providing testimony under oath.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday sided with an Ault church that sued Colorado Gov. Jared Polis over capacity limits imposed on in-person worship services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett cast the pivotal vote to depart from past cases

WASHINGTON—A divided Supreme Court blocked New York from imposing strict limits on attendance at religious services to combat Covid-19, with new Justice Amy Coney Barrett casting the pivotal vote to depart from past cases that deferred to state authorities on public-health measures.
In orders issued late Wednesday, the court, in a 5-4 vote,
set aside attendance limits that Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo imposed on
houses of worship in areas most severely affected by the coronavirus:
10 people in red zones and 25 in orange zones. New York classifies
places where coronavirus infections are of increasing severity as
yellow, orange or red.
