CONSIDER FORMING A PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION (PMA)

As citizens, we have willingly allowed the government to shackle us with licenses and regulations vs. We The People “tying down government with the chains of the Constitution!”

Businesses can be set up as Private Membership Associations (PMAs) to escape governmental overreach. In the public domain you must operate under the jurisdiction of the regulatory agencies designed to protect the public. In the private domain of a PMA, you can operate outside of the jurisdiction of those same agencies, as long as there is not clear and present danger of substantive evil. In general, members of an association do not fall under the jurisdiction of local, state, and federal governments and corresponding laws and regulations.

Ideal businesses include: Natural healthcare practices, medical doctors, attorneys, natural foods co-ops/ suppliers, religious organizations, schools, etc.

• Private Social Clubs – drinking clubs, cigar bars, country clubs, etc.
• Private Farm Association – farmers, community supported agricultural groups, markets. Example: Renegade Ranch in California
• Private Health Association (PHA)—free to say whatever you want, including “treat,” “cure,” etc.: massage therapists, chiropractors, counselors, medical doctors for advice only (license required for prescriptions/ pharmaceuticals), etc.
• Private Membership Association— “brick & mortar businesses” that offer goods and services: salons, health clubs, etc.
• Private Education Association (PEA)—homeschoolers are still in the PUBLIC domain and have to report to the state about what they are teaching and if they are meeting governmental department requirements. You are free to educate your children in whatever way you see fit!
• Private Ministerial Association—most important! Churches are established by God, not the government. Learn more HERE.
